The Fine Arts Department at Darlington School seeks a full-time Music Teacher for grades Pre-K through 8th grade beginning January 2024. The candidate must demonstrate broad knowledge and experience with current best practices in music curriculum, instruction, and performance. The candidate must have a genuine appreciation and passion for teaching children and a desire to work with all types of learners, along with a commitment to building and maintaining a music/choral program and their own professional development. Teachers work with grade-level and enrichment teachers to support the mission of Darlington School and provide a program that nurtures every child’s success.

A Darlington substitute teacher fully supports the mission and values of the school and has the responsibility for creating the best student experience possible in the absence of the primary classroom teacher.
